Background:
The SM1 Print Studio needed a new website to reflect their wide range of print services available from their Sutton, Surrey studio. Rather than take orders directly online, their preference was to use the OPS product catalogue to allow customers to browse the range of products and select from the required range of available options before submitting an enquiry through the website. The functionality was based on the OPS Quotation system with some bespoke development to ensure a smooth user journey.
The new SM1 Studio website is a leading example of the OPS Connect solution which provides printer businesses with a high quality website along with streamlined enquiry handling workflow to generate both improved revenues and reduced administration costs.
