Background:

Scribes Digital was looking for a replacement to a long-standing web to print software solution developed in house using the Magento platform. They chose to move to an off-the-shelf solution that provided and extensive range of functionality that could also be tailored to their needs. Another key requirement was to improve internal production workflows by integrating the new solution with existing systems including the Monday CRM, Xero accounts, DPD and trade suppliers.

After revieing the available solutions they chose to implement the Flex4 OPS web to print solution and their chosen configuration included the following functionality:
