Online Proofing
Once a customer has placed an order or proceeded with a quote they are able to upload their artwork to the OPS back office. From here both you as the printer and your customer can view a proof ready for approval.
The system removes any unnecessary confusion with artwork dimensions or incorrect layouts. Both sides can accept or reject the proof and includes the ability to add comments if further adjustments are required.
